Имущество тамбовского мясокомбината пытаются продать за 75 млн рублей

Имущественный комплекс продается одним лотом.

Активы тамбовского ОАО «Мясоптицекомбинат «Первомайский»» (ранее принадлежал властям региона) в третий раз с начала года выставили на торги. На этот раз начальная цена лота составляет 75,3 млн руб. Это на 7% ниже, чем на объявленных в апреле торгах (81 млн руб.), и на 44,2% меньше, чем на запущенных в январе (135 млн руб.). Об этом сообщил организатор процедуры ООО «РЛМ-Петербург».

Имущественный комплекс продается одним лотом. В его состав входят 14 зданий, четыре помещения, три сооружения и земельный участок площадью 62,6 тыс. кв. м, на котором они расположены.

Подавать заявки на участие в торгах можно с 3 августа 2026-го до 18 января 2027 года.

В течение 2025 года эти активы пытались продать за 135–150 млн руб. — тендеры не состоялись из-за отсутствия заявок. При этом в июле 2025 года часть имущества «Первомайского» выкупил владелец сети ленинградских ортопедических салонов «Кладовая здоровья» Борис Липнер за 40,1 млн руб. при начальной цене 44,5 млн руб.

Банкротство мясоптицекомбината «Первомайский» инициировало управление ФНС по Тамбовской области в мае 2018 года. В декабре того же года в отношении предприятия было введено наблюдение. Временным управляющим назначили Александра Болдырева, впоследствии его сменил Денис Савватеев из «Ассоциации антикризисных управляющих». К октябрю 2022 года долги комбината перед кредиторами достигли 63,1 млн руб., включая 7,7 млн руб. перед ФНС, после чего предприятие перешло под внешнее управление. Эта процедура длилась до февраля 2026 года. По ее итогам размер требований вырос до 67,7 млн руб., однако 1,4 млн руб. из них были погашены.

Тогда же в отношении должника было открыто конкурсное производство, которое продлится как минимум до 25 августа. Управляющим утвержден Денис Савватеев.
